Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases unless required under New Zealand consumer law.
