Shipping Policy

Our shipping rates are a flat rate of $15. This includes rural delivery.

All items will be sent within 5-7 days from purchase through NZ Post and a tracking number will be provided.

Return & Exchange Policy

If a product is not the right fit or size, we offer exchanges for the correct size. As long as the original item is returned in good condition, a new replacement item will be sent. Replacement/exchanged items will not be sent until the original item has been returned.
